I’ve just found out that our favorite hamsterrier (and honorary Dog with Blog) Fufu has passed on.  Looking at Fufu’s blog always made me smile, he was one helluva hamster, and always had the best toys! I’m happy to hear that he wasn’t sick or suffering, and that he passed in his sleep.  Run free…

Awwww… this little guy was born without ears (they’re calling him Weasel).  They call him a Border Terrier cross in the article but he looks an awful lot like an Airedale or Welshie to me… they say that he’s fine and most likely has functioning ears under a flap of skin, and they may operate…

Today Barbaro, that King of the Kentucky Derby, had to be euthanized after the complications got to be too much from his injury at last year’s Preakness.   Now I don’t really follow horse racing but Barbaro really touched me… he was a horse with heart (not to mention, he was FAST).
