Slightly overcast and mama wasn’t feeling well – I think she’s getting a cold or something – but still I need my walkie, so how about a little something to cheer her up?
Pumpernickel bagels – toasted with butter – seem to work.

Hey Bogart, you’re amazing! I was googling “Laddie Boy” and came across your page. I love it! I had an awesome Airedale; Belle sometimes known as Bellissima,Bellie Button,Rebelleion,that crazy Airedale (you get the picture). I miss her terribly, she passed away at 10 in 2005. My daughters grew up with her and loved her dearly. She was certainly the best dog I’ve ever had (once she got over the puppy phase!) Still have her faithful sidekick…Rascal as little Welsh Terrier. I wanted a dog that I could put in my lap, but the joke was on me because Bellie thought she was a lap dog! Airedales are without a doubt the best dog there is..faithful, loving, fun, funny, enthusiasic at all times, and the cutest on the planet. Thanks for sharing your life..I miss my Belle.
lulu, I just went back and read all Bogarts blogs…so sorry to hear of the recent loss of your husband. I can tell that you’re a very special person. Your story just reminds me of how fragile life really is. My Belle lost her Daddy too and it was very hard for her to adjust; I don’t think she every really did. I live in Las Vegas, where you got married. Love the wedding photos! Thanks for sharing your dog with others. So many of the things you post remind me of my Bellie.
